The He(art) Collection The He(art) Collection Poison Heart 20x24, Acrylic on Canvas, $500 In reference to the Ramones song (punk rock band), Poison Heart is the first from the Heart collection. To me, this song mirrors an exciting time in my life; my first job out of college as a graphic designer. This piece is to be featured on the upcoming issue of NY Waste Magazine (Summer2017) 203737703 All You Knit Is Love 20x24, Acrylic on Canvas, $500 There is more than one way to mend a broken heart. Whether you sew or knit, this heart represents healing. After a few tragedies and set-backs to our family, my wife and I decided to move to Portland and start a new life. During our time here, I've went back to painting and my wife took up knitting! 203737702 To The Corps 20x24, Acrylic on Canvas, $500 This painting reflects on my time serving in the Marine Corps. It was an experience (good and bad) that I will never forget and shaped me into the person I am today. "Semper Fidelis" is the Marine Corps motto meaning, "Always Faithful", a motto that I will take to the grave with me. 203737701 Man of Steel 20x24, Acrylic on Canvas This is a custom painting I did for my friend. Although it may not look like an LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device), it is my artistic representation of one. I chose the name "Man of Steel" because we have a small history with Superman. I gave him a Superman shirt one year for his birthday, calling him the Man of Steel due to his pacemaker/defibrillator. Back when I was clean cut, I also dressed up as Superman for his son's birthday (which was priceless). Aside from the Saints logo and red bandana, there is a hidden "S" in the painting. 203828818
